OUR SERVICE MODEL
- AMC(Annual Maintenance Contract): We provide on-site support for your Servers, Computers/ Peripherals and Network on a Comprehensive Contractual basis. Our response time would be less than 4 hours. We provide standby equipment if we are not in a position to repair your equipment onsite. We also provide online support. Periodic preventive maintenance visits keep your systems trouble free.
- IT Infrastructure Management: We would take total responsibility of maintaining all your Hardware and System Softwares by stationing our trained engineer at your premises, thereby allowing you to run your business smoothly without you having to worry about your IT department.
